Jeff is the driving force behind AdviceWorks and has some 30 years experience in the field of money advice. He has successfully traded as AdviceWorks since 1997 offering training and consultancy in money, debt and benefits advice to the credit industry, statutory and not-for-profit sectors.

He has provided a free to client, casework service to The Royal Medical Benevolent Fund, www.rmbf.org since 2003 and also now provides a similar service to other occupational benevolent funds.

He holds the Institute of Money Advisers' (IMA) Certificate in Money Advice Practice and is an approved tutor for Money Advice Trust (MAT) and the IMA.

Jeff previously worked for a Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB), a bank and a mortgage lender. Jeff was also a key player in the original small team which launched the pioneering and now firmly established National Debtline.
